3. Customer Responsibilities
By submitting an item for appraisal, you confirm that:
You are the rightful owner or have authorization to act on behalf of the owner.
You will provide accurate and complete information about the item(s).
You agree to pick up or arrange for the return of your item(s) promptly upon completion.
 

4. Pricing & Payment
Fees are based on the type and complexity of the item and will be disclosed before service begins. 

Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All appraisal fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
 

5. Turnaround Times
Standard processing time is typically 5 business days. Expedited services may be available for an additional fee. We’ll communicate any delays or issues that may arise.

6. Liability Disclaimer
We take all reasonable care in handling your items, but we are not responsible for:
Damage or loss due to shipping, third-party carriers, or events beyond our control.
Indirect or consequential damages related to the use of your appraisal.
Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Our total liability will never exceed the fee paid for the specific service in question.
